1.Where are ARM’s shares traded?
 

Ordinary ARM shares are traded on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) under the ticker ARM.L. ARM American Depository Receipts (ADRs) are traded on NASDAQ under the ticker ARMH. 2.How do I buy/sell my shares?
 ARM cannot help you buy or sell your shares. You will need to find an independent financial advisor or bank to help you with your transaction.

 Using our online self service you can update your details to receive shareholder communications online. Simply register your email address here. It's available 24 hours a day and is free to all.

7.When is your financial year end?
 ARM’s financial year follows the calendar year and runs from the 1st January to 31st December.

8.When is your next results announcement?
 For details of forthcoming financial results please refer to our online calendar

9.How can I get a copy of your Annual and Interim reports?
 Soft copies of our annual and interim reports are published on our website and are available for download. Alternatively, shareholders can order a hard copy from here.

10.What is your dividend policy?
 ARM has a progressive dividend policy. Dividends are paid to registered shareholders twice a year. Payment can be made either by cheque or directly into a bank account or building society. If you would like to receive your dividend directly into your bank account, please contact Equiniti. Dividends are nominated and paid in sterling. Our historical dividend payments can be found online.

16.What should I do if I suspect a scam?
 (see also “Warning to Shareholders”) If you have received any unsolicited investment advice or think you may have been contacted in relation to a possible scam either by telephone, by email, or via the post, the matter should be reported to the FCA by calling 0800 111 6768, or by completing the online boiler room reporting form.
