ARM HOLDINGS PLC - ANALYST AND INVESTOR DAY


CAMBRIDGE, UK, 23 May 2007-ARM Holdings plc ((LSE: ARM); (Nasdaq: ARMHY)) will
be hosting an analyst and investor presentation today in London.


The presentations will cover the following topics:

 1.  Growth for the Long-Term              Warren East, Chief Executive Officer

 2.  Making Market Share Gains Happen      Ian Drew, VP Segment Marketing

 3.  Opportunities Beyond the              Simon Segars, EVP Business
     Microprocessor                        Development

Current trading is consistent with the guidance given in the Q1 earnings
announcement in April.


The company will outline its long-term strategy for:


  • delivering medium-term dollar revenue growth in the region of 15% per
    annum

  • leveraging the ARM business model to sustain normalised operating margins
    in excess of 30%, trending towards margins in excess of 40% in the
    medium-term

  • continuing its financially-disciplined approach to balance sheet
    management
