Announcement of share vesting and sale by a PDMR

ARM Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that 12,500 shares in the Company vested under the Employee Equity Plan in favour of Antonio Viana on 1 December 2010.   Of these 5,360 shares were sold on 2 December 2010 to meet tax liabilities at a price of 399.84 pence per share and the remaining 7,140 shares were sold on 6 December 2010 at a price of 400 pence per share. After these transactions his total shareholding continues to be 16,500 shares.
